In March of 1990, Kenneth W. Shaw and Jay Fitzgibbons founded JSC Realty and Investment Services (JSC) when they purchased the brokerage and property management business from another local development company. This partnership actually began in the mid-1980s and today, JSC has developed into a full service commercial real estate firm offering services in brokerage, property management, construction management, and real estate investment.

Since its organization in 1990, JSC has negotiated leases with a total lease value in excess of $400 M dollars, sold and purchased several million square feet of investment property, and currently manages over 3.5 M square feet of industrial and office property for individuals and institutional property owners.

It has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as one of Dallas’ top real estate firms.
