Ken Shaw has been active in real estate development, operations and management for over 30 years through association with Lincoln Property Company, Jackson-Shaw Company (and affiliates), American General Hospitality, Inc. and JSC Realty & Investment Services, Inc.

With Jackson-Shaw, Ken served as a Managing General Partner and Executive in numerous entities or affiliates that developed approximately 4,000,000 square feet of commercial/industrial property, 2,000 hotel rooms and established commercial property management/brokerage and hotel management affiliates.

Bill Bexley, Vice President JSC Realty & Investment Services, combines eighteen years of experience in facility planning and over seventeen years of real estate brokerage offering a unique perspective to his clients. Whether he is pursuing a real estate deal for an industrial user, or carrying out a disposition assignment for a building owner, Bill helps define the firm’s needs, or identifies the building features for owners - ranging from power requirements to building systems layout designs. This process, based on his experience of being in the client’s position, ensures that the real estate decisions are in the optimum interest of his clients.

Paul Tichacek began his commercial real estate career when he joined the Jackson Shaw Company in 1985 focusing on project leasing.  Paul made the move with other colleagues to JSC Realty & Investment Services in 1990 and became a Partner in 1994.  Since entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Tichacek has successfully completed transactions exceeding $110 M in value.  A few of the prominent clients Paul has represented include Sun Life of Canada, Citicorp, Property Reserve, Inc., MetLife, Woodmen of the World and Transwestern Companies.

Mark Tietjen is a partner with JSC Realty & Investment Services.  He has been with JSC for 16 years.  Mark has complete responsibility for both Property Management and Construction Management services.  His portfolio totals more than 5.0 million square feet of office and industrial properties with major institutional clients and local investors.  His background includes extensive experience in mid-rise and high-rise office building management as well as management of major industrial parks.
